Field
I asked the swirling waters
To tell me of the field
The place where all who visit
Find pure consciousness revealed
💧
The waters did not answer
In words or symbols known
Instead, they shared their wisdom
In a blink, an instance shown
💧
I saw upon the surface
Where sunlight flashed her fire
The water’s way of knowing
And reflecting each desire
💧
The surface it masks deeper
More penetrating truths
You must learn to dive beneath it
There is nothing you can lose
💧
Make your movements gently fluid
Become as water, softly flow
What is inside, mirrors outside
Water’s where consciousness grows
💧
Lose your sense of self completely
Blend each droplet with each cell
Let your energy float freely
Become the field - and live to tell

Hi Trudi, this is fabulous… water has consciousness and holds memory 🙏💙
I love the rhythm and the compelling message of this poem! And this photo! I never would have left that pool!
